My top 6 favourite pink toned lipsticks

Over the last few years, I have really discovered what tones and colours in lipsticks suit me and which do not. I thought I'd share my top favourite neutral toned pinks that I wear the most from day to day. I'm mostly into neutral brown toned pinks as they look the most natural and flattering on my skin tone. Most of the lipstick shades that I have included in this post are very similar, with slight differences in colour within their undertones. If you have similar skin tone to myself (Fair/Olive toned) and are looking for a matte neutral pink shade in a lipstick, then my recommendations may be of some help. All the shades included in this post are good quality and last a very good amount of time. Obviously the high end ones last much longer than the high street ones, however they are all worth purchasing in terms of their selling price.

Bobby Brown - Tawny pink (£23.00)

Mac - Mehr (£16.50)

Mac - Twig (£16.50)

Revlon Matte Balm - Sultry (£7.99)

L'Oreal Matte Addiction Lipstick - 640 Erotique (£6.99)

Charlotte Tilbury - Amazing Grace  (£24.00)

Collaboration with Snapcrafter / OOTD

Very recently I collaborated with photographer Zahra Sarfraz to do a photoshoot in central London.  Zahra is professional but also super friendly to work with, I do know her personally and some may think I am being slightly biased, but many who have worked with her for the first time around would definitely agree with me. She guides you very clearly and from what I expected of this shoot we managed to achieve a lot more than what we initially planned and that all depends on how well your photographer communicates with you. Zahra was compassionate, energetic and determined in her approach for this shoot and I had an amazing time working with her.  I have linked her Website, Instagram and Faceook below for anyone who is hoping to check out her work or get in touch with her, so be sure to have a look:

She gave me a theme of a look that is classy/edgy but still appropriate for day time and this is the outfit I decided to wear (Outfit details are listed at the end of this post):

Zara fragrance dupes for CHLOE / YSL Black Opium

Since a very young age, I have always had a thing for fragrances. I like to smell good, I like to have people around me smell good and hope that the rest of the world smells good too, always (HAHA). I am a huge fan of Zara, I love all their fashion collections that are brought out every season and I know a lot of people out there who would also agree with me. Although I own a lot of designer brands for fragrances, I like to wear something slightly less priced for day to day wear, and recently I have been quite intrigued by fragrances that Zara have to offer.

I first picked up a Zara fragrance back in 2015, called 'Apple Juice'. It had an amazing sweet/fruity smell and was perfect for summer. Later I went on to buy 'Red Vanilla' which was very musky/warm/sweet which I loved using around winter. Most recently, I have been using two fragrances by Zara which I have been hugely impressed by. I am amazed by the quality, the price of the perfumes and the fact that they resemble two very well known designer brands. If you really like Chloe or YSL Black Opium and want to invest in something cheaper for everyday use, I would highly recommend the perfumes described below.

POWDERY MAGNOLIA:
Is simply the best and possibly the only dupe for Chloe (Eau De Parfum). It is described as a floral fragrance launched by Zara in 2014. The top note is bergamot; middle notes are magnolia and rose; base notes are amber and musk, which are very similar to the notes that Chloe has.

Zara Powdery Magnolia (100ml)- £12.99
Chloe (75ml)- £82.00

GARDENIA:
Is the most closest dupe and again possibly the only one I have come across that smells like YSL Black Opium (Eau De Parfum). Gardenia is described as an oriental floral fragrance launched by Zara this year 2017, it also has really nice packaging with a cute little metallic case/holder. The top notes are raspberry, bergamot, lemon, tangerine and peach; middle notes are jasmine, white flowers and gardenia; base notes are patchouli, cashmere wood, vanilla, cedar and musk. Resembling very much YSL black opium perfume, except slightly sweeter.

Gardenia (100ml) - £12.99
YSL Black Opium (90ml) -  £87.00

Smart/Casual

One of my favourite ways to dress is smart/casual. It's effortless, comfortable and looks presentable.

Here is a formal outfit including a jumpsuit, which I have made pretty casual by adding some trainers. The best thing about this outfit is that it looks expensive, but it really isn't. If you really wanted to keep it as a formal outfit, just pair it with some classic black heels.
